COMPANY DRIVER PAY PACKAGE
Total pay is $.38 per Mile (all miles)
All completed loads pay a minimum of $50.00
Driver of the Month Bonus:
One outstanding driver will receive a $100 gift card for their excellent driving and work each month.
“Longevity” Bonus Pay:
· After 3 years of continued service, a bonus of $.01 per loaded mile will be paid weekly. · After 5 years of continued service, a bonus of $.015 per loaded mile will be paid weekly. · After 7 years of continued service, a bonus of $.02 per loaded mile will be paid weekly.
“Log - Violations Free” Reward:
For being Log violation free for 4 full quarters in a row, a $500 savings bond issued
to any family member of their choice. I must be 100% violation free, including, but not limited to;
missing fuel stops, dates, & hour’s calculation.
Clean “Level One Inspection”:
Receive, for a clean Level One Inspection, a $100 Visa card that is usable at any
business that accepts Visa. There must be no warnings or violations at all.
DRIVER REFERRAL BONUS:
For referring another driver to our company receive $500. Once they are hired you will
get $250 after their first dispatch and $250 on their 90th day!!
Be sure to have them use your name when speaking to recruiting.
